Bikes And Saftey Gear

Well i like to cycle and so does my 6yr old and having a 6 yr old i know how important safety is and how important it is to have a decent bike whit good brakes now i have a giant(very nice) I spent over 700 euro on my bike about 3 years ago and it is still in great condition i recently bought my kid a Raeligh Very good bikes it set me back just over 270 euro the bike was worth 200 and the rest was saftey so if your into bikes and thinking of buying take my advice put some money into it as cheap bikes dont last

There is some thing so relaxing about going for a cycle more so whit my kid ya cant beat it just you your kid and the open road by that i mean around my town as she is a little to young to be on the open road but im sure you understand me and to be honest cycling is not for every one now i am not your typical cyclist i use a mountain as i am heavey set and so is my kid but i love to cycle alot we would cycle every day for an hour we did a ten mile cycle every day  but first she had a cheap and nasty bike and could not manage the hills but as soon as i got the new bike we never looked back

and would you believe that the tour defrance went by at the bottom of my estate about 10yrs ago

Well folks im bike up and cycling and have i piled on the weight got the screw out of my ankle today its been nearly 3 months since i smashed up my ankle and i cant wait to get back out there
